Everybody vs. Racism, LLC, 501c3 (EvR) is an organization that supports the movement to eradicate racism globally through:
Connecting the community with impactful programming.
Cultivating spaces to celebrate and support diverse communities.
Creating opportunities to support anti-racism movements.
Meet our Founder, Dr. GERALD Onuoha II
We started EvR after the killing of George Floyd, in response to the breakage of the social fabric. We wanted to have conversations about systemic racism and what it caused to people of color and bring people together. We want to bring people together by the understanding that we have so much more in common than our differences. We want EvR to facilitate racial education, equity, and healing in our communities.
Dr. Onuoha is a Board-certified Physician in Internal Medicine, with an M.A. in Clinical Practice from Dartmouth, a Medical Degree from the Meharry Medical College, and a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy from Tennessee State University.

My vision for the organization’s future is creating a platform that is instrumental in promoting a more equitable society for everybody through different initiatives and projects that align with people’s necessities.
I’m a firm believer in Equality and Equity, a believer in the growth and flourishing of all communities, my vision as a human being and as EvR’s CEO, is to align everything we do with our fighting discrimination principle.
My leadership philosophy is sub-serviant leadership, I believe in getting involved in the work our team is doing, i’m committed with the growth: the organization’s, my team’s, and everyone’s growth.
What I aim for the organization in five years is to build communities that are safe and prosperous for everybody, starting with building programs, initiatives, and businesses that break down the barriers of racism, specially in regards to health care, housing, social justice, and workforce development.
